Store Policies
At Mandel Jewelers, we are committed to creating quality jewelry. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a store credit or merchandise exchange. Please keep in mind, shipping charges will apply to exchanges.
To return merchandise to Mandel Jewelers:
- Contact us via email at info@mandeljewelers.net, or by phone at 888.256.9694, Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm PST. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that should be placed on the outside of the box.
- Please repack the merchandise with all the original tags and packaging. Please also include a brief note explaining the reason for the return or exchange as well as a copy of the original invoice.
- Send package to: Mandel Jewelers 2500 E. Imperial Hwy. Ste. 148,
Brea, CA 92821. Include your RMA # on the outside.
* Please note that any package without an RMA will be refused.
You will receive an email notification, when your package has been received and inspected. Please allow for approximately two weeks for processing the returns/exchange.
